Mental Health: How to be happy?

1) Make a good breakfast.

 
2) Go for a walk in a forest or park.
 
 
 
 
3) Buy some good smelling colourful flowers for yourself.
 
 
 
 
4) Feed an animal, cat, dog or fish.
 
 
 
 
5) Make a hot chocolate.
 
 
 
 
6) Make some popcorn.
 
 
 
 
7) Have a walk by seaside and collect seashells.
 
 
 
 
8) Light some colorful small led lights.
 
 
 
 
9) Burn an aromatic candle.
 
 
 
 
10) Take a sleep under a warm blanket hearing the rain.
