Change Your Skin in Spring

Skin is the largest organ we have. It makes us feel confortable, feel young, feel beautiful.
Let's change skin in spring. Let us do something more for a healthier skin.

First what to eat: carrot, almond and everything orange coloured since contain vitamin A. Vitamin A helps nourishing skin, give the colour to it, help treating discolouration, and especially treat akne. It also protects skin form cancer.

What to drink: plenty of water and carrot + apple + orange juice (it's my favorite juice of all). Water hydrates the skin, equilibrates its tonus, make the skin feel younger.

Purify: The most important thing is to clean the skin regularly, wash your face twice a day with the product suitable for your skin type. Clean your make up every day before going to bed.

Protect from sun: It is the most important second step. Protect your face with a product at least SPF 30, protect your body with SPF 15 (I use SPF 50 for face and SPF 30 for body since I am very white). Repeat sun protecting product every 2 hours.

Hydrate: Whatever type skin you have, you should hydrate it regularly day and night. The cheapest cream is Bepanten and you know the most expensive.

Deep treatment: Once a month or every 3 weeks you shoud deep clean your face in a proffesional way, by cleaning, scrubing, vaporising, applying mask, tonic and hydrating cream. I will write another blogpost to explain deep treatment better in future.

Masks: I would like to write a lot of things about this but the summary of all is, put on your face whatever you eat, whatever is healthy to eat, milk, yogurt, fruits etc.

Medication: Tretionin cream is the best drug for akne, akne scars, hiperpigmentation, but it is very dangerous for pregnant, so it can't be used if you are planning a pregnancy, or if you might be pregnant. It should be applied in small amounts just over the area of problem, during the night. After application the hands should be washed. And the face should be washed in the morning and sun protecting cream should be put on.

Winter Dresses

Today I want to share with you my winter dresses. I love dresses in every season. Sometimes I find it hard to wear dress in winter but wearing dress in special days with opac or fine tights makes a girl look beautifull.

Black dress is a must have, I wear it especially when I have family dinners.

This dress is a warm one and I can go to work wearing it. Pairing it with red makes it warmer.

I like colours in winter and green dress maches my eye colour.

Love this black tight dress that shows all the curves with this luxurious shirt, something chik for special days or special appointments.

This is a chiffon short dress with a shoulder strapless, combined with leather belt that makes me feel summery. I wore it when I went out with my girlfriends.

And the last but not least, a powder coloured dress, combined with a poweder jacket with silver sparkels on it. It's the best combination for the New Year Party.

Grey eyeshadow make up

Black, dark and light grey are the most worn colours of winter. So I decided to do a grey make up this week. It's a neutral look and you can use it with a lot of outfit combination.

I used my Sephora Eye Shadow Palette for this look.

It is the first time I put on some coloured eyeshadow in the hole eyelid up to eyebrow.

A light rose lipgloss its essential if you go for dark eyes.

I used light grey all over my lid, darker grey in my crease and my lid's outer corner, I used very very light grey-white shadow in the inner corner to brighten up the look.

And don't forget a perfect skin make a big difference to every make up.

Hope you like it! Hope you enjoy recreating it!

New Year's Healthy Hair

1. What to eat: Eat protein like milk, egg, fish, meat and a lot of almonds.
2. Supplements: Vitamin A, E, C and Multivitamin preparats like Revigen.
3. Treatment: Stinging nettle water; Almond oil + Bepanthene ampule + Aspirin; Olive oil; Camomile water; Water with vinegar; Rain water.

4. Don't wash too often, not more than 2-3 times a week.
5. Use a shampoo suitable for your hair, my favorites are: Bioxin (it has Biotin a type of vitamin B that nutrifies hair), Kerastase (make the hair very silky), Pantene (contains also another vitamin B type), Tresan (nettle shampoo for dandroof), Gliss (a cheap shampoo for tangeled hair).
6. Use conditioner to make the hair less tangled, to make silky if you have thick hair and to make voluminous if you have thin one.

7. Use hair mask 1-2 times a week. You can buy it or do it yourself, for example: Olive oil + egg's yolk.
8. Use leave in detangler: if you hair is too tangled.
9. Get a comb suitable for your hair or get a tangle-teezer.

10. Use heat protector if you get your hair blowdried or use curling iron. (Gliss, Panthene aviable here, Tresemme not aviable in Turkey).
11. Blowdry your hair only in winter, keeping the blowdrier 20 cm away from the hair, using the lowest heat setting you can.
12. After blowdrying, use a few drops of leave on oil, like moroccan argan oil.

13. Don't forget to protect your  hair from sun during summer, hiding it under a big hat.
14. And the most important cut your hair tips to make the hair look healthier and more voluminous.
15. Keep these in mind and let your hairdresser play with your hair and do the rest.
Be healthy! Be beautiful!

Pink Make Up

Pink make up is a beautiful make up for girls and young women. It enhances the real beauty of you but there are some rules to follow up and don't look like a pocelain doll.

Use  hydration cream, foundation, concealar and powder. Use a foundation with undertone beige in stand of rose undertone. Use the bronzer to contour the face and on the top of the cheeks instead of a rose blush. You can choose a mat bronzer to contour and a shimmery one as blush.

Use a light pink eye shadow on eyelids, some shimmery vanilla eye shadow in the inner corner and under  the brows. It is essential to use black eyeliner to complete the look, cause if you don't your look won't be as deep as it should. Use black mascara. Use light pink or nude to pink lipstick and lipgloss.
That's all. A polished girly make up.

Outfit and Make up of Indipendence Day

Since I live abroad Albania the Indipendence Day has become more and more important for me. We do a big party every year in Izmir and is the party where the new Albanian students meet the old ones who study in Turkey's Universities. So outfit and make up must be beautiful that day.

As Albanian flag is red and black, those were the colours that I choose for my outfit.
My black leather boots are from Nine West.

My tights are from Penti.
My red dress that I used as a skirt is from Zara Collection.
My shirt is from Network Que.

My jacket is from Cotton.
I got my hair done by my headdresser.

I applied some face cream for hydration, foundation, corrector, powder. I applied some light bronzer and a light rose blush.

I would do black eyes or red lip to mach my outfit. I decided to do back eyes.
First I applied black pencil, I blended it, applied some shimmery black eyeshadow, than I did nude eyeshadow in the crease of the eye to smothen the effect of black. I did shimmery vanilla eyeshadow in the inner corners and under the eyebrows.

I applied nude lipstick and transparent shimmery lipgloss.

I hope you like it!
