Pregnancy Fashion - Trousers, leggings, capris.

It is very difficult to be fashionable during pregnancy. Until my 6th month I wore almost the same things I wore normally. I needed only a pair of maternity jeans.

All my blouses and jumpers fit me, even the one I had were stretchy and short. I  realized this during pregnancy, I didn't thought that was my style before having a little bump showing.

After the 5th month of pregnancy my bump began expanding, it became very difficult to find cloths to wear, of course there are plenty of maternity clothes around but I wanted them to be of good quality, fit well, don't exaggerate or hide the pregnancy and surely be fashionable.

It was especially hard to find something to wear in special occasions, because you don't want to go and spend a lot of money for something you will wear only once if you don't think  getting pregnant again.

Then you have to search for swimming suit if it is summer and I don't mention the coats and jackets because I was fortunate to pass the winter in my early stages of pregnancy.

In the last months it was important to get some appropriate shoes as you don't want to bend over and lace anything. The flats, slippers or flip flops are awesome.

These days the problem is that even my maternity trousers don't fit me any more. Lucky me it is summer and I have a beautiful dress to wear every day without getting bored but I will write sometimes later to show you the dresses and shoes.

Kiss, kiss!

Shopping

Today I went shopping. These is what I bought. My main purchase was Mustela Strech Mark Lotion to prevent strech marks since I am pregnant. I used Lierac Gel first but my friend insisted me to try Mustela. I used one Mustela lotion before and found it to be more hydrating. I loved it and decide to repurchse.

Since 5th month of pregnancy I was tought by my doctor to use Marincap Omega 3 capsules because It was a winter and I work indoors and don't have enough sun baths.

Another repurchase is Bioderma Makeup Cleanser Water. It is perfect for sensitive skin, it takes off make up, doesn't need to be rinsed, serves as a tonic and you can use to wipe the excesive oil of the skin even if you haven't done any make up that day.

The most beautiful and colourful thing I got is my new wallet. I like it being silver and have summer colours too. It is useful because you can put your cards, cash and also your iphone in it and I was so surprised because the most of cuttiest wallets are to small to put your phone in.

The last are my Sephora oil blotting sheets. It is important to have some especially in summer not only for oil but for sweat too. They contain a fine transparent powder that helps when you have make up on and you don't want it to be ruined.

Estee Lauder Make up Tutorial

Estee Lauder is one of my favourite makeup brands. I love the night serum, eye cream, lipstick and last day I got an eye shadow duo which inspired me to do this look.

I wanted to do a daily look and started with Maybelline Affinetone foundation in colour 30 Sand. I applied it with Mac Stippling brush no 187. Under my eyes I put L'Oreal La touche magique no 3-4-5 Rose beige. I put Stay Matte pressed powder no 001 Transparent all over my face beacuse I have oily skin with Mac kabuki brush no182. I put Debora bronzer ( an old one so I don't no its number and name) under my cheeks, in my forehead and in my jaw line with Mac angled brush no 168. I put Frat Boy that is a beautiful peachy pink blush from the Balm on my cheek with Mac blush brush no 129 . I love it because you put a little bit in the morning and in the evening it is still there.

I filled my eyebrows with Nyx eyebrow pencil in EP06 taupe. I put Nars eyeshadow Pro-primer on my upper lids, Mac Vanilla eyeshadow on my inner corners of eyes and under my brow with Mac fluffy brush no 224 and then Estee Lauder Pure Color EyeShadow Duo no 11 Shells. I put the light pink mat shadow all over my lid until the crease with Mac flat stiff brush no 239 and the dark color a purple taupe a little bit shiny colour in the outer corner and the crease with Mac stiff dome brush no 217.

I put Maybelline eyeliner Master precise in black and did a little flick. I used Shemura eyelash curler and Physician Formula mascara in black in my upper lashes. Then I put on Estee Lauder lipstick in 01 Crystal Baby.

April 2014 Favourites

My April 2014 favourites are a lot but I choose not only what I like but also the most used ones. Spring is so inspiring for me and these days I'm obsesed with the light green minty colour.

My first favourite is mint coloured make up bag from Sephora. I got it last autumn. I liked it too much but didn't buy first because of the price. It sold out, but it made room in my mind and as soon as Sephora brought it back I went and grabed this one.  It has white and pink flowers and  it's hot pink inside. It shouts out "Spring".

The second favourite is the Beauty blender, the original one, which I bought from internet www.gittigidiyor.com . It is the best make up sponge I have ever had. It spreads the foundation beautifully. If you use full coverage foundation it makes it look more natural. It doesn't absorbe the foundation but you have to damp it before usage.

The next favourite is a lip balm from GNC which is normally a vitamin brand. The one I like is MoistStick natural lip protection. It has tea tree oil and spf 15 on it. It is the 3rd or 4rth tube I have been using, has mint flavour and is the best of the best in moisturizing lips in every season.

The Clinique Chubby Stick is also a moisturizing lip colour balm but I don't find it as moisturizing as a regular lip balm and I currently use it as a lipstick. My favourite is Nr 13 Mightly Mimosa and is the second stick I have purchased. The colour is a beautiful light pink with a bit of coral undertone in it. It looks very natural, like your lips but better. If you don't want to do make up that day or want to do just a natural one is the lip product to choose.

Estee Lauder Double Wear is the foundation I choose this month. It is a full coverage liquid foundation. It's a stay-in-place one which is very important for me since I have oily skin. I use it with the Beauty Blender to make it look more natural and try to use just a little bit because it goes a long way. It doesn't crease all day and although it is spring and most of us try to use something lighter I need it because I am pregnant and pregnancy dark spots or melasma are apearing in my forehead an my nose.

Yves Saint Laurent Glossy Stain in Nr 27 Peche Cerra-Colla is a pechy coloured beautiful lipgloss and lipstain at the same time. It looks very natural, like your lips but better in one coat but you have to layer it twice if you want to see the stain power it has, and also the viber of the real colour you bought. Use a lip balm before because it can be drying some times. On the other hand it plups the lips and look amazing most of the time.

Next make up favourite is Physicans Formula Organic Wear Mascara in Ultra Black which I didn't know to be 100% natural in origine since I got in the third trimester of my pregnancy. I wish I had found it before because although sometimes it can be a little smudgy it is a good natural mascara . The package  is so original too.

And the last favourite are my new sunglasses from Osse that I bought last week in Optimum Mall. They are so classic and modern at the same time. Has UV filters and are a must have for spring and summer especially if you live in Izmir, Turkey.

Hope you like my favourites and got an idea if you want to purchase anyone. Kiss you!

Pastel tones

Spring with its pastel tones came. Last day I went shopping. I went first at Accessorize in Agora mall and found some hair ties and hairclips in blue, light and hot pink and purple. Hairclips are very useful when you curl the hair with a curling iron to clip a part of the hair and let the rest down. I love the ties to put the hair in a pony tail especially when I'm working. The best of this ties is that after you take them off, no tie mark is left in your hair, and if you have flattened your hair before you can still use it. The last but most imortant purchase is Estee Lauder Advanced Night Repair Eye cream. It is a gelly but thick formula that can be used night and day around the eyes. It hydrates a lot and make that part of the skin feel fresh and plumped. Tell me do you love pastel?

Sparkly Blue Nail Polish

Here is a new nail polish look. I started to wear colourful nail polish last summer. This Golden Rose matte velvet  No 101 blue was my favourite one. Blue has been always my favourite colour. I have a very similar coloured T-shirt and some dark yellow skinny jeans that goes perfectly together, but this year I wanted to add something different. So I add NYX Girls Nail Polish  in NGP 221 Under the moon, on the top. This nail polish is a clear one with some small and some chunky sparkles in blue and silver. You don't need to put a top coat over this combintion, but I put an OPI Base Coat underneath to protect my nails and make the polish last longer.
